This paper forms a component of the REDGTF project: Identifying optimal legal frameworks for renewable energy in China and India (the Project), funded by the Australian Government and the US Government under the APP. The Project is undertaken by Baker & McKenzie and the Renewable Energy and International Law project (REIL).
