Description: This is a report on the 2006 national Renewable Energy Law of China - its scope, its implementation, and recommendations for future action. It has been prepared by Baker & McKenzie, the Renewable Energy Generators of Australia (REGA), the Chinese Renewable Energy Industry Association (CREIA) and the Centre for Renewable Energy Development (CRED) under RELaw Assist, a project with funding support from the Australian Government under the Australia-China Bilateral Partnership on Climate Change, and with co-funding from the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership REEEP).
