Description: The National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Regulations 2008 (Cth) (Regulations), made under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (Cth) (Act), were released on 26 June 2008, and will come into force on 1 July 2008.  The Regulations specify particular definitions, criteria and rules corporations should apply when reporting greenhouse and energy data under the Act - crucial reading for companies to ensure they comply with the Act.
