• International Law Office Client Choice Award: The Firm won the Client Choice award in the “International” and “China” categories (2006).
• Financial Times (Innovative Lawyer Supplement Top 50 Ranking): The Firm was ranked 20th overall, ranked 8th in Client Service category and 6th in IT category for IP management (July 2007).
• Managing IP: The Firm was designated Russia IP Firm of the Year, Indonesia IP Firm of the Year and the UK prosecution firm of the year at the Managing IP Global Awards, 2008.
• Asia Law & Practice: We have been awarded as IP Firm of the Year in Australia (2006), Hong Kong (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007), Indonesia (2004, 2005, 2006) and Vietnam (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) and as Asia Pacific Firm of the Year (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).
• Informa Law (publishers of Trademark World, Patent World and Copyright World): Our Moscow office was awarded “Best European Litigation Team” in 2006, and our Barcelona IP team was highly commended for “Best Achievement in IP Enforcement” in 2006.
• Legal Business Magazine: Our London IP team was awarded TMT Team of the Year for its work for Accenture and Mobile Network Operator consortium of 02, Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile in 2006. We also won TMT Team of the Year in 2002 for our work on the Levi Strauss parallel import case.

In fact, the Supreme People’s Court in China included three cases handled by our China/Hong Kong IP team in its “Top Ten Cases of 2006” (Silk Market Case in which we represented five leading luxury fashion brands in action against the landlord to the infamous “Silk Market” in Beijing; Represented Sony in a patent infringement case against a Chinese manufacturer; Represented Starbucks in a trademark infringement case.)
