International Arbitration

We have arbitration lawyers working in our offices in all the major arbitration centers of the world and we act as counsel for parties in arbitrations conducted under the rules of all the major arbitration institutions and bodies.

International arbitration is treated as a component of our disputes practice. Our experienced arbitration lawyers form part of and work within our litigation and dispute resolution practice, using court remedies in support of arbitration where appropriate.

Our global arbitration practice group comprises lawyers in 38 countries and we have systematically tracked our cases and have shared information over many years, providing access for our lawyers to a wealth of legal knowledge, know-how and arbitration contacts.

A number of our partners act as arbitrators, publish on arbitration topics and work closely with the international arbitration institutions. We also regularly sponsor international arbitration events and participate in arbitration conferences and symposia all over the world.
