The Baker & McKenzie Latin American Antitrust & Foreign Trade Practice Group was established to represent domestic and foreign companies, organizations, and governments while dealing with domestic and international trade regulation.

We are capable of providing services in the following areas: antitrust, tax, foreign trade agreements, import and export licensing, logistics and investigation of unfair trade practices such as dumping, subsidies and safeguards. Our assistance in international business emcompasses the interpretation and application of agreements relating to NAFTA, Mercosur, ALADI, ALCA and specially the World Trade Organization (WTO).
