Asia Pacific Competition Law Practice

Baker & McKenzie's Asia Pacific Trade Practices and Competition Law Practice Group comprises trade practices and competition law specialists drawn from across the region. Our practice encompasses all aspects of trade practices and competition advice, including:

  • Advising and assisting with the notification of mergers and acquisitions to the relevant regulatory authorities.  In addition to dealing with locally-based acquisitions, we are regularly involved as members of the Firm's multi-jurisdictional team of antitrust and competition specialists around the globe.
